This year Blackacre's Summer Camp is the week of July 9th - 13th and Macaroni Kid Louisville Central has partnered with Blackacre to give 1 lucky subscriber to opportunity to win a week of summer camp!!!
Blackacre summer camp It is split into 2 age groups:
Blackacre’s Wee Explorers Camp: K - 1st grade (Ages 4-7*) | 9:00 am - 11:30 am | Cost: $100 per Child:
Can you stretch tall as a tree? Or hop like a bullfrog? Wee-Explorers will use their senses to discover the wonders of nature. With a new nature-inspired theme each day and through hands-on explorations, crafts, games and stories campers will develop an awareness and appreciation for our natural environment.
This is great in combination with our Lost in the Wood’s…at Blackacre camp for campers with older siblings. *Campers must be potty-trained and meet age requirements at the time of the first session.
Brave the Woods…at Blackacre! Camp: 2nd - 4th (Ages 7-10) | 9-11:30am | Cost: $100 per Child:
A fun-filled week under the trees; campers will learn the skills needed to become a true explorer! Get hands-on experience learning nature safety, navigation skills and how to build shelters. Campers will also take part in a group obstacle course and nature photo safari capturing all of their adventures!
This is great in combination with Wee Explorer’s for campers with younger siblings.
