Keeping Kids Moving with Plant Powered Hydration

Try Creative Roots with Creative Flavors Your Kids Will Love

I know hydration is just as important during the colder months as it is in the hot months of spring and summer.  The way I can tell I'm dehydrated? My skin is drier and my lips become chapped. Yet most kids don't recognize the signs of dehydration during the warmer months and it is harder to recognize the signs when the weather outside is cold. In fact, I was not surprised to learn that according to a study published in the American Journal of Public Health,* 1 in 2 kids is underhydrated. Creative Roots is here to help. With 1 gram of sugar** and all-natural, plant-powered ingredients, parents will feel good about serving Creative Roots to their kids.

Being a mom of 2 very active and very different boys, their hydration needs are also different.  My oldest is a smart and healthy athlete.  He loves his water, his apples, baseball, basketball, track, and everything healthy with 1 exception: His sweet tea cravings.

My youngest is athletic, coordinated, smart and a gamer.  He loves his IPad,  gaming with his friends regularly, Tae Kwon Do, and all foods — especially cream sodas. He rarely drinks water as his first choice. When I learned about Creative Roots, I jumped at the opportunity to try it with the hopes of finding something that would really appeal to my soda-loving youngest.  Creative Roots helps parents by bringing all-natural ingredients and hydration together in an easy to carry 8 oz bottle. Creative Roots comes in 4 fun and fantastic flavors of Mixed Berry, Watermelon Lemonade, Orange Pineapple and Peach Mango.   We decided to try the Mixed Berry flavor during a quick break between online classes and immediately my 10-year-old yelled, "This is really good! What's with the characters on the bottle?"

Meet the SPLOOTS!  The cute, fruit-inspired, creative characters on the bottles encourages overall wellness and remind kids the importance of hydration.

Creative Roots is the perfect size if you are hanging out at home doing schoolwork or in need of a quick drink before or after your kiddos modified sports practice or class.  Creative Roots helps quench the thirst helping them with a better for you coconut water beverage. These great drinks can be found at your local grocery stores.
